Leather Holsters
Go to your local auto parts store and purchase a bottle of Lexol leather conditioner (16 oz. ~ $10). I’ve used this for years on everything from car seat leather, baseball gloves, leather belts, leather jackets, shoes and yes leather holsters. It really works magic on leather, making the leather feel broken-in and gun holsters.
O NOT use anything on your holster unless it’s recommended by the maker otherwise you’ll wind up with a useless piece of leather. Wrap the unloaded gun in a plastic baggie or wax paper (wax side out) and leave it overnight, if still tight leave it in for another 4-6 hours. You can also just sit in front of the TV and just draw your weapon in/out till it loosens up. Just make absolutely sur that the gun is unloaded and keep the ammo/mag in another room if other folks/kids are around.

Aniston reportedly held the suspect, 33-year-old Tadd Bruce, at gunpoint and told him to sit on the floor until she decided what to do.
“She made this man clean up all the mess he made, piles of stuff, he had thrown out of the drawers and cabi-nets onto the floor,” Burke said.
When Burke and the police arrived, Bruce complained about being forced to clean the home at gunpoint.

Despite a weak economy, gun sales are continuing to increase amid concerns that incoming lawmakers will institute a new gun ban on law-abiding Americans. Data derived from the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) show a 24 percent increase in firearm purchaser background checks for the month of December 2008 (1,523,426 checks) over December 2007 (1,230,525 checks). This increase follows a 42 percent rise in NICS checks for the preceding month, the highest number of checks in NICS history.
